Radioddity fulfills orders from warehouses in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and international locations. The fulfillment location for each item depends on its delivery destination and current inventory availability. If regional inventory is unavailable, an eligible item may still ship internationally.
Where a delivery-country selector is available on a product page, use it to check that item's current availability and estimated transit time. Your available shipping methods and final charges are confirmed at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing is the time needed to prepare an order before it is handed to the carrier; it is separate from transit time.
Processing may take longer during major sales, new product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods. If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you so you can choose to wait or cancel the order.
The route depends on the item, delivery destination, and available inventory. Shipping method names do not indicate a fixed dispatch warehouse.

Processing time is not included in these estimates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and remote-area delivery may affect arrival.

Optional Express Shipping may be available for some destinations at a separate rate. Shipping options and final charges depend on the delivery address, order contents, and product eligibility, and are shown at checkout. Some special products have separate shipping rules.
Our general shipping coverage currently includes the following 39 countries and regions for eligible products:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, and United States.
Availability can vary by product and destination. The product page, where a delivery-country selector is available, and checkout show the applicable options for the selected item. Shipping to Puerto Rico is currently unavailable.
After an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout, including for guest orders. Registered customers can also view available tracking details in their account.
Orders with multiple items, including bundles, may be fulfilled from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages or on different dates. Tracking information is provided for each shipment when available. Please check all tracking numbers if only part of your order has arrived.
For orders delivered to the United States or European Union, import duties and customs charges are covered in the price paid to Radioddity. You will not be charged those fees a second time when your parcel is delivered.
For European Union orders, displayed product prices include VAT. Any applicable taxes calculated at checkout, including taxes on shipping where required, are shown before payment. For customs questions about other destinations, please contact us before ordering.
Pre-orders, outlet items, open-box items, and other specially marked products may have different processing times, delivery options, or shipping charges. Product-specific information and the checkout options take priority over the general estimates in this policy. Remote destinations may take longer to reach.
If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, email support@radioddity.com or send us a message as soon as possible. Some orders ship soon after placement, so a change or cancellation cannot always be made.
