Firmware changes：
1. Solve the problem that the scanning speed is too slow in the digital mode. Compared with the previous two firmware versions, the scanning speed is faster.
2. Solve the problem that the Admit Policy is set to color code, which is different from the logic of other radios. The call logic of version 1.02 is as follows: Admit Policy is set to color code, and will be banned when the color code is occupied.
3. Solve the problem of SMS display (view SMS, some words are split, there will be missing when pressing the up and down keys).
